If you want to return or exchange an item, we have created a FAQ and a brief overview of best practice.

Then don't despair. At MJM, the service level is high and we offer a standard 30-day return policy on all items purchased through our Brand Store. This way, we ensure that you have plenty of time to try on your accessories.
All you have to do is fill out the enclosed return card and send the desired goods back to us as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of receiving your parcel. You can also use the standard cancellation form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

However, you should always contact us first when exchanging. This is because we charge a fee for using our returns policy by default. And to ensure the best possible service and that we have the item you want in stock, it is our experience that a prior agreement disarms most misunderstandings.
When buying Christmas and birthday gifts, our 30-day full return period is extended as a matter of course. For example, if you buy your Christmas gift via our Brand Store, we will exchange it right up until 30. January, no questions asked, as long as our normal return guidelines are followed. If you buy your birthday gifts from us and need a little extra string, simply write to us via your order. This way we can ensure that you are in good hands in the event of a return or exchange.
There is a 2-year warranty on products purchased through our Brand Store. The warranty applies to all defects in material and workmanship. In the event of a complaint, you must first contact our customer service before taking any further action. You can contact us by email or phone.
As a starting point, we recommend taking pictures and documenting the damage. Avoid starting to repair or rectify the product yourself before making a complaint. When you want to complain about a product, you must keep the product until we have found a solution.
It is important that you at least fill out the white card and enclose it with your shipment. This ensures that our warehouse and administration can match the parcel with your order.
When returning your parcel, it's a good idea to use the same packaging. This is the best way to protect yourself against any transport damage. You can read more about the conditions for the condition of the item and return shipment in our terms and conditions.
You will generally have to pay any return costs yourself. To make returns as easy as possible, we have enclosed a return label in your parcel. However, please note that it costs DKK 39.00 to use our return label in Denmark and DKK 59.00 in Sweden. The money for this service will be deducted from your refund amount before being transferred back to your purchase account.
If you want to use our return label for a complaint, for example, you should have made an agreement with our customer service in advance.
