SINCE 1829

Since the company was established in 1829, M.J. Michaelsen has slowly grown into a worldwide accessory company.

Today, MJM is a modern wholesale and retail company focused on producing beautiful, quality products that promote and reflect current fashion for both men and women.

M.J. Michaelsen passed to its current owner in 1983. Since then, the company has produced and sold its fashionable quality accessories from Europe and Asia in stores and department stores around the world.

M.J. Michaelsen started collaborating with some of the best Italian textile manufacturers early on.

MJM's products have been on store shelves for many years. Over the years, we have been represented in many of the Danes' favourite stores across the country.

When you want to experience MJM accessories in a store, you will find the widest and most varied selection of our fashion products in the department stores.

We have a larger selection of scarves, gloves, hats, sixpence, baseball caps, umbrellas and socks on the shelves.

You can find us in Magasin, Salling and Illum in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Aalborg.

Of course, online shopping is not new to M.J Michaelsen as it opened its first online retail store in 2019. But this is the year when the Covid situation rages and all stores across the country are forced to close.

MJM Since 1829 | Official Brand Store™ is not the online idea that first launches, but over time it catches on and takes shape into what it is today.

At M.J. Michaelsen we still cherish the wholesale part, but now with the opportunity to give you and everyone else an opportunity to see the many wonderful products we produce for stores around the world.
