Product features
Many of our products, primarily in headwear, often have one or more 'practical features' incorporated. These features can be extremely useful, depending on the intended use. You will therefore often come across icons/brands whose primary function is to highlight specific features of the products. Below we briefly guide you through the most common product features and the icons we use in this context.
Earflaps are a hidden feature that can be folded down when the cold sets in. Available in hats, caps and sixpence.

Staywax a newer wax treatment that is applied before sewing the fit. A fantastic oilskin product that delivers full printability for many years.
Prices from 400 DKK
An oilskin treatment can also be done by waxing the finished product. This results in a solid waterproof product, which in MJM's context is often UPF50+ tested. ERetreatment is recommended after a number of years.

The membrane is a breathable intermediate layers, which prevents wind and water from penetrating the product completely.
Prices from 500 DKK
When a product is labelled with UPF50+, it means that the material has been thoroughly tested for UV protection and durability.
