Payment options

MJM Brand Store™ accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Mobile Pay. We do not charge card fees.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is dispatched unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

MJM Brand Store™ uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.

MJM Brand Store™ own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Reservation of amount

When you use your payment card in our webshop, an amount corresponding to the total price of your order will be reserved on your card upon completion of your order.

The accepted amount will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) we will withdraw the agreed amount after dispatch of your order.

2) we cancel your purchase and amount reservation in our payment system.

3) the time limit for the amount reservation on your card automatically expires.

An amount reservation is made regardless of card type and the expiry period for a reservation is 14 days.

Delivery

In Denmark, the delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days. In Sweden it is 2-4 business days.

MJM Brand Store™ ships goods with the following: GLS - Private, GLS - Business, GLS - Optional delivery point.

The shipping price is set at 39 DKK, but for purchases over 499 DKK the shipping is free.

You will be able to choose between having the parcel sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your home.

You will receive an order confirmation by email when your parcel has been handled by our warehouse and is ready for collection.

Right of cancellation

Goods purchased on the website are fully refundable for 30 days unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are at your own expense.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 30 days after delivery, and the goods must be returned to us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, please submit your request in writing by email 

info@mjmshop.dk or by using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

Use the enclosed return form

MJM Brand Store™ has made it easy to return your goods if you regret your purchase within the first 30 days. By using our enclosed return form, you can quickly and easily return your cancelled purchase.

Is it free to send back?
No, it costs DKK 39.00,- to use our return label in Denmark and DKK 59.00,- in Sweden. The money for this service will be deducted from your refund amount before being transferred back to your purchase account.

-Please note that we always reserve the right to charge the above amount if our return label is used. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

If you wish to use our return label, for example when making a complaint about goods, you should always make an agreement with our customer service. In this way, we can work together to ensure that no misunderstandings arise in connection with a possible shipping charge.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we have received your notice of cancellation.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation that you have returned them.

Right of complaint

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all defects in material and workmanship.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Complaints regarding defects must be notified to MJM Brand Store™ within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.

The claim is waived if the fault is due to incorrect or unusual use of the product.

MJM Brand Store™ covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints are not accepted if they are sent cash on delivery.

Customer and privacy policy

We do not resell personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with MJM Brand Store™, we need the following information:

- Name

- Address

- Phone number

- E-mail address

We register and disclose your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

The personal data is registered at M.J. Michaelsen A/S and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

The director and employees of M.J. Michaelsen A/S have access to the information registered about you.

The data controller at mjmshop.dk is M.J. Michaelsen A/S.

We also co-operate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

You have the right to know what data we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we needed it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: info@mjmshop.dk.

Cookies

On mjmshop.dk cookies are used for the purpose of optimising the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.

Log statistics

We use log statistics on mjmshop.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave etc.

The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimising MJMshop's website.

In order to make a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
